The Quadplex is a City of Philadelphia program spanning four of the city’s most recognizable civic buildings. Selected by Johnson Controls, Inc. (prime contractor), Liberty Partners is delivering the MEP scope across three of the four: City Hall, the Criminal Justice Center, and the Municipal Services Building.
